Like Mallorca, the hilly southwest of the island, near the airport, is the most highly desired real estate area.
The rich and super-rich live along the coasts of the central municipality St. Joseph near Es Cubells. Those who
do not live directly on the coast reside in the hills with a wonderful view of Formentera. But even in this area,

However, you don't have to focus on the southwest. There are inexpensive apartment facilities located especially around
St. Eularia. If you like urban life, you should look near Ibiza City, around the luxurious Passeig Maritimo or in the

working on improving its currently bad reputation as a Mekka for cheap tourists. The whole island is currently experiencing
an atmosphere of change concerning quality of living, and therefore the any region of the island can be recommended as a
location for real estate property. The selection of a location is therefore only a question of your personal taste and lifestyle,
